Carrying over 8.5 million passengers, 28 airlines operate from this terminal. There are moving walkways linking terminal 2 to terminals 1 and 3.
Terminal 2 Check in Departures
Check-in area is located on the ground floor of Terminal 2. Departures and arrivals areas is up one level on the first floor.
- Check in 3 hrs before departure for International flights
- Check in 2 hrs before departure for European flights
- Check in 1 hrs before departure for Domestic flights
Around 45 minutes before departure boarding the airplane usually begins.

Heathrow Terminal One Arrivals
On the ground floor of of Heathrow airport Terminal One is the area for arrivals for international arriving passengers. The baggage reclaim is also located here.
International connections do not need to go through Immigrations or Customs but all International to Domestic connections do.
Domestic to International connections can use the special Immigration check points if baggage is through-checked.
Terminal 2 Baggage storage is available 06.00 until 22.30 at a price of £4 per item per day.
