All Heathrow's UK domestic flights operate from Terminal 1. European and some long-haul destinations also operate from this terminal.
Check-in and Departures for domestic destinations operate from the first floor of Terminal 1, on the left of the concourse.
Terminal 1 is linked to Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 by covered walkways. Moving walkways at Underground level take some of the strain, but not much.
Terminal 1 Check in
Check-in desks for international flights are located in the middle and on the right of the concourse.
- International flights - check in 3 hours prior to departure
- European flights - check in 2 hours prior to departure
- Domestic flights - check in 1 hour prior to departure
Boarding usually begins around 45 minutes before departure.

Heathrow T1 Arrivals
The international passengers arrivals area ia located of Terminal 1 on the ground floor. Domestic, Republic of Ireland and Channel Island arriving passengers and baggage reclaim are located on the first floor of Terminal 1. You can check arrival times on line here- Heathrow flight
