Places To Visit & See - Days Out - About Aberdeen

The city of Aberdeen is known for the choice of food it offers, yet what you'll find outside the city limits is sometimes overlooked. One of the region's specialities is seafood and there are some fantastic restaurants dotted along the coastline offering freshly caught lobsters, crabs and scallops. Another regional speciality is whisky and this features on the menus of many hotels and restaurants in beautiful Speyside. And, of course, there's Aberdeen Angus beef - a must for any visitor!
